Facts 'n' Data has grown rapidly since it's founding in 2012. We have colleagues helping our customers succeed from our locations in the US, UK and India. We are now expanding our footprint in other locations and geographies. 

Our focus towards customer success and our inherent value of constantly learning helps us stay ahead of the curve and offer exceptional value for money when compared to our competitors. 

We have a slightly different approach towards including people in our team:

Anyone working with Facts 'n' Data should invariably select Facts 'n' Data as "the only career choice" and should never select it as "one more career option".

As a result, we have a strict policy to never re-hire our old colleagues who decided to move on OR those who were selected, but decided not to join us. In short, we offer only one opportunity to anyone to join us.

We do NOT decide our compensation offer based on your current salary and do NOT "negotiate" the offer as we believe that those who join for money, leave for money!

We do NOT believe that true potential of anyone can be judged in any interview - as a result, there are no "HR/ Technical rounds". There are multiple informal 'interactions' where we try to understand an aspirant's true self and her/ his best fitment with the team - skills can always be taught later. We expect potential team-mates to be open, communicative and honest in such interactions. Typically, we don't test so-called 'technical skills' - we just focus on understanding of concepts.
